  • Ammar Albalasmeh (2013) is working as an assistant professor of soil physics at the Jordan University of Science and Technology. His advisor at UC Merced was Professor Teamrat Ghezzehei.
  • Chelsea Arnold (2014) Interim Director, Cal Teach Program, UC Merced  Her advisors were Professor Teamrat Ghezzehei and Professor Asmeret Asefaw Berhe.
  • Ricardo Cisneros (2008) is an assistant professor of environmental health at UC Merced. His advisor was Vice Chancellor for Research Sam Traina.
  • Nelson Rivera (2011) Post-doctoral research scholar, Civil & Environmental Engineering, Duke University. His UC Merced advisor was Professor Peggy O'Day.
  • Robert Root (2009) is a post-doctoral scholar in the Department of Soil, Water and Environmental Science at the University of Arizona. His UC Merced advisor was Professor Peggy O'Day.
